Contact centre provider mplsystems is set to unveil a new suite of integrated mobile customer service apps.
Due to be launched at the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo in London on 2 and 3 October, the apps are designed to integrate with existing contact centre technology processes.
Paul White, mplsystems’ CEO, said: “Mobile apps play an increasing role in our daily lives, so there’s a pressing requirement for organisations to offer them as part of their customer service activities. However, it’s really important that apps are integrated with existing channels and aren’t just delivered as marketing-led projects.”
mplsystems will also be demonstrating its iDesktop agent desktop solution at the event, which provides call centre staff with relevant customer data from back-office applications.
Following the launch, mplsystems’ mobile Customer Service Apps will be available for download from the iTunes and Android stores, with further mobile platforms becoming available over the next few months.
