DraftWorldwide, which specialises in direct and promotional marketing, has formed a strategic alliance with Onyx Software, provider of customer-centric e-business solutions.
The partnership brings together the Marketing Technologies division of DraftWorldwide UK, experts in data targeting, database management, profiling and analysis, with Onyx Software, who will provide the platform for the automation of sales, marketing, customer service, call centre, partner and customer interactions.
