Evidence to suggest a need for CRM?

I am a final year student doing an assignment for my Computer Project Management module at Coventry University. Basically i must identify a preferred market sector within which to set up my own consultancy. I have chosen CRM but an important aspect of this assignment is finding a market 'niche' which is in some way unique. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give in terms of locating relevant information.

Kamran,

In my view, the best way of finding the particular aspect of CRM you wish to specialise in would be to read the multitude of literature in the CRM-FOrum library at http://www.crm-forum.com/library to see what looks the most interesting from your perspective.

Have a look at the introductions / overviews to CRM; the case studies; and the different CRM applications.

The most important thing is to identify a niche that you have a strong interest in and can therefore contribute something of particular value.

Good luck.
