The consulting firm OnTarget has formed a strategic partnership with ODR-USA and incorporated is Human Due Diligence process, which helps uncover barriers in sales training.
Based on the principles of human behaviour during change, ODR has created techniques and tools to measure support for, or resistance to change.
“Although the human element in organisational change is mystifying at times, it can be managed at both strategic and tactical levels,” noted Daryl Conner, founder and CEO of ODR.
Three executives have been through advanced training and will serve as the resident advanced practitioners. OnTarget’s engagement managers are being trained, and all new consultants will receive formal ODR training.
