Protagona was awarded the highest score. With a maximum of three stars in all nine categories of the evaluation, Protagona Ensemble 5.0 was given near-perfect marks, and in a field of 22 tested software products, no one tested higher.
The findings revealed that Protagona software is strong in the areas of segmentation, response modeling and response measurement, which are essential enablers for delivering marketing results in today’s difficult economy.
Teradata CRM version 4.0 was one of three products to receive top ranking in the 2000 Quaero Campaign Management software report.
