Two UK companies, Customer Relationship Management (UK) Ltd and the Campbell Lee Technology Centre have formed a partnership to provide strategic and technological CRM assistance.
CRM (UK) managing director Russell Biggart explained the reasons behind the partnership. "Through Campbell Lee's Technology Centre we can access some of the country's foremost IT experts to bring a technological perspective to our own customer-focused philosophy, whilst maintaining our independent position within the marketplace."
As the CRM marketplace now expands beyond the blue chip organisations, small-medium sized enterprises (SME's) are increasingly looking for electronic customer information, precise profiling and sophisticated tools for business intelligence that can be translated into better customer service and marketing success.
