SAP integrates CRM and collaboration tools
SAP has integrated its Software-as-a-service-based StreamWork collaboration tools with its CRM applications in a bid to place a formal business framework around formerly unstructured conversations.
The aim of this latest integration is to help sales forces brainstorm more effectively and close deals more quickly. But StreamWork is already integrated into other offerings such as the software giant’s product lifecycle management packages in order to support product ideation and new development.
